Exercise!

Light day - my right wrist is hurting for some reason (insert jokes here) so arm pull was brief

Assist pull-ups - 3 X 10

bent over barbell rows - 3 X 10 at 70 pounds

Assist chin-ups - 3 X 10

dumbbell rows - 3 X 10 at 50 pounds per hand

hammer curls - 1 X 10 at 30 pounds a hand (stopped due to wrist)

Wrist was hurting before though, so I’m not sure what caused it. Anyway, will be avoiding computer and icing it - I’ll see if that helps.
