Boring stuff!
Mostly Kevin publicly shaming himself to keep working out so he can’t blame teh fat for being single and instead just blame his personality…
Shoulder press: 1 X 8 at 100, 1 X 8 at 120 - finally got a set in, but barely. Keep at it
Inclined bench press - 1 X 7 at 120 - hadn’t done recently, not bad, gotta get an 8 set
Bench press - 1 X 8 at 140 - figured inclined worked as a warm-up
Arnold press - 1 X 8 at 40 per hand, then 1 X 8 at 45 per hand.
Dumbbell flys - 1 X 8 at 40 per hand, next time greater ROM
weighted bench dips - 1 X 8 at 35 pounds in lap, 1 X 10 with 40 pounds in lap
some various pushups.
Fairly fast workout tonight.
