Break from boring posts soon…
…I’ll be at Katsucon, and even if I use the fitness centre there, I’ll probably be offline.
Due to said con, combined a bit of legs and arm pull today:
Squats - 1 X 8 at 200 lbs, 1 X 8 at 250 lbs (woo new max weight)
Deadlift 2 X 8 at 150 lbs (really for shrugs, but warmup) then 1 at 260 pounds (new weight)
Shrugs - 2 X 8 at 150 pounds
Barbell pull over - 1 X 8 at 20 pounds 1 X 8 at 25 pounds (just trying new movement)
assist pull-ups - 3 X 10
Barbell bent-over rows - 1 X 8 at 75 pounds, 1 X 8 at 85 pounds
So, a few new weight plateaus, and hopefully I didn’t hurt myself in time for Katsucon. Now hopefully my back survives the con.
