It’s that time again…
Last night was pull night. Tonight’s a break night, then back to push for Thursday:
pull-ups - 6 complete in a row
bent over rows: 120 X 8 (up to 125)
shrugs: 170 X 8 (up to 175)
Hamstring curls - 85 X 8 (go to 90, but my leg curl apparatus is already overloaded)
chin-ups 8 full - add 5 pounds to body next time
Various crunches and reverse crunches
Well, it’s the next day and I feel most of this minus the ab work, so that’s a good sign. Wednesday’s a break night, then back on thurs-fri or something like that. Eventually when the weather co-operates I’ll get out running again too.
